With over 16 years of hands-on experience in the upholstery industry, I help organize the details of a project before it reaches the upholstery shop. My services include upholstery project scope development, labor scope organization, fabric yardage and meter calculations, cushion and furniture measurements, material requirements, project breakdowns, and detailed upholstery work sheets that can be used for budgeting, planning, bidding, and production.

My role is to help clients clearly understand what their upholstery project requires before choosing or working with an upholstery shop. Whether the project involves a single custom piece, multiple furniture items, restaurant seating, hotel furnishings, banquettes, cushions, upholstered walls, or a large residential installation, I can help organize the information into a clear and practical scope of work.

I work strictly as an independent upholstery consultant. I do not manufacture or sell furniture through PS Custom Studio, which allows me to focus on the planning, estimating, measurements, yardage requirements, and technical details behind the project.

Consulting can be completed remotely and scheduled around the needs of the client, designer, property, or project team. My goal is simple: provide an accurate, organized upholstery work sheet so you can approach an upholstery shop with a better understanding of the labor, materials, measurements, and overall scope involved.
